Ugh, that’s the worst - and we’re sorry. Like everything, sometimes turning on and off your phone can help! Other times, exiting out of the app completely can do the trick, too! Or, logging out of your account and trying again.
If you’ve tried that with no luck, submit a ticket and we’ll get it resolved!
When submitting a ticket, please include the following:
- The Email Attached To Your Account
- The Device
- The Software You’re Operating On
- The Description Of The Problem
From there, we’ll do everything we can to get it resolved!
